I would like to let you know that I am still working on this tutorial. I converted it to an HTML version that I hosted on my website. You can find the latest version on http://www.progressive-coding.com/. During the last days, I update some of the features of my website as well, adding a very handy print version of each document and the possibility to download the PDF version (coming soon, couldn't find an html2pdf converter that had full css support).
I'm giving a basic lecture about algorithm complexity tomorrow and will put the document on my site as well.
